Kellie has over 20 years of experience in federal government. During her time as Chief Counsel for the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, she helped negotiate, draft, and enact everything from major legislative packages and budget reconciliation measures, to targeted provisions and legal memoranda. With stints at the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, the Department of the Interior, and in private practice, Kellie has engaged in the policymaking process from almost every perspective.

Before joining Lot Sixteen Kellie worked for congressional members who’ve been lauded for their bipartisanship and ability to accomplish big things. As an attorney and staffer at heart, she helps clients understand the nuances of policymaking – and develop creative ways to influence the process – in order to make strategic decisions about advocating for their interests.
